I don't think PlgEssentials uses permissions, when i get PlgEssentials players could tp even though I have permissions and didn't add ANY permissions for plgessentials. Also, I don't know any plugins that block hacking in items.
PlgEssentials does not use permissions, but you can download a version where only OPs can do /item, so check that.
Ok thx for answers. Also heard that users maybe use invedit is that possible? And how would I prevent that?
