User cant load chunks on only one account

One of my users logs into the abyss all he can see is blue. He can use /home or /tp and it says it works but he still cant see anything. On the same copy of mc he can login with another account and everything loads just fine. I deleted his character file in the world folder but other than that I dont know what to try. I haven't updated any plugins for several days.

 

He was probably sitting in a minecart and logged out or got disconnected. When logging in again the minecart goes on, but not the player. Somehow the server thinks the player is still in the minecart and eventually unloads chunks while the client thinks it is not in the minecart and stays. Eventually the player will find himself in a blue void.

You can counter that by running after the minecart until it comes to a stop and right-click it two times. If the player already spawns in the blue void the only thing you can do as an administrator is either teleport him somewhere near his minecart or kill him.
