[URGENT]LWC: Players can still steal

    Hi everyone

    Even though a chest is privated, any member can open it and take/place stuff. I am using Factions and FactionsPlus, too. I'm not sure if that could have anything to do with it.

    Edit: I added in the '- -lwc.mod' and '- -lwc.admin' because I thought users might have accidentally been given those powers.
