Every 30 minutes in chat it says "Saving world..." then "Save complete" Today, I had someone who griefed a ton of stuff on my server, and I look for the backups, and there are no backups! I do not know what plugin is making it say "Saving world..." but I think it is just bukkit in general. I don't have any backups plugins so I don't know what is making it say Saving World. Does anyone have any suggestions? I 'really' need help on this.
Nevermind, it was the CraftPlayer by default, which rewrote the world file. Well, there goes three days worth of hard work.
Here's the thing - those messages aren't backing up your world, they are committing changes from RAM to the world files. You must be doing backups by some other method (aka, plugin like Plague suggested) to be able to roll back.
