Updating existing plugin "Invisiblewall" (Make it compatible with permission groups)

Was wondering if anyone was looking to revise this existing plugin for me. Im willing to pay. I would like this plugin which blocks certain people from accessing certain areas however you can't block groups only individual players. It doesn't seem like it should be had to do but i simple do not have the type of experience with this kind of stuff.
