Unique Double Jump and Smash

What I want: I want a plugin where If I jump in the air then press shift it will let me jump configurable height and after that If I press shift again It will do another jump. So basically Double jump. After the double jump (in Mid-air) I want it to come down smashing and hurting players and mobs around configurable radius When I right click with any sword. I want cooldown on the double jump to be 1 minute. It want it to say its on cooldown wait number of seconds in &6. You can only smash once you have double jumped (jump then shift shift)

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: slushypvp.allow
