Unexpected Exception! - HELP!

Theres the list of plugins and the error I'm getting, don't really know what to blame here, looks like a world bug, or a corrupted map or something, one of my foolish admins ran or atleast, placed chunkster near it, even though we had nothing wrong with the world, don't know what's going on, any insight would be helpful.
