   i banned a player because he was breaking the rules and then we got into a fight so after a few minutes of arguing i unbanned him and his ip but he couldnt get back in whatever i did nothin worked he was still banned

   If you're using Essentials try /pardon <user>, though I suggest just leaving the player banned, as he/she seems like a nuisance to have around.
