Unable to see any blocks people put down

Hello, Im running the newest craftbukkit and worldedit on my server and it seems that when I put things down normally no one can see them, but when I use worldedit they can. it works the same with everyone (IE: I put a block down normally, no one can see it. someone else puts a block down normally neither I nor anyone else can see it. so its effecting everyone) Is there any fix for this or is it just one of those things we'll have to deal with until its fully released?

Also we can see them if we log out and then back in.
