Problem/Bug Ultra Permissions: Perms I put in a group don't work

I'm testing Ultra Perms out and am starting with the simple /help command in a test group. However, when I deop myself and try to use said /help command, it says I'm unable to. I've double, triple, quadruple checked that everything was where it should be, as in the test group has the command, and I'm in that test group. But nothing will work, no command, no permission. What do I do to fix this?

Edit: I've also gone onto their discord server and asked for help but no one is responding to my question and it's been over a day.

 

@DraconidZinnia What '/help' command are you referring to? If we know the plugin that has the command (or if it's the built-in /help) then we might be able to help you better.
Also, could you list what permissions you have tried for that command?
