i had a realy huge problem with hMod and all these txt and property files. they had to be in UTF-8 but most of the systems here work in stadard with ANSI. i have a dedicated server now, and whenever i upload a file coded with utf-8 i was converted to ansi and all the colorcodes with ยง got messed up now, i want to know if you build up an ansi version or make a point at the main-config where you can choose. if its minecraft and not hMod, what i was thinking, we should contact notch for this problem. but an conversion-plugin would be nice.
