Troubles joining server

Ok, so i've had this problem for a little while now, on version 1.7.3, and still no one could join my server, i wondered what the problem was,

i have my Ports forwarded to 25565 TCP UDP

even with this new update, i still cant have my friends join,

theres the website where you can play 1.8, has both cilent and server downloads,

1. What OS are you using ---- Windows 7
2. What architecture is the OS you are running ---- 64bit
3. What version and architecture is your java install? ---- Java version 6
4. Are you running any wrappers? McMyAdmin, mcadmin, Hamachi, etc? ----- No, normal port forwards, tried craftbukkit (doesnt work) tried 1.8 pre-release server (doesnt work)
5. What build of CraftBukkit are you running? ----- Was running 1060, that didnt work, now running pre-release 1.8 and still doesnt work
6. What have you tried already? Tried running craftbukkit fresh ( no plugins or any changes) and it wont work, ran offical minecraft server software, still doesnt work, i have both 25565 TCP and UDP ports forwarded,

well i've had this problem before 1.8 update

 

I'm not sure if you need to forward the UDP port...

 

it works now had to re port forward the ports agains
