   It needs to be like this
   groups:
   Member:
   default: true
   permissions:
   - essentials.help [<----- the [-] needs to be under the p]
   - essentials.tpa
   - essentials.sethome
   
   Do it for all of them
   
   Don't change anything else only the perms
