Tree destroy/fall plugin (Paying $5 PP)

I need a plugin that will do the following.

• When you cut the base of a tree, the whole tree will fall (drop it's loot).

I will pay a person $5.00 USD via PayPal if they can do this for me.

Treehugger does this. Not sure if its up to date.

 

I want a standalone plugin which does what I wish.
I don't want to use TreeHugger.

That's why I am offering to pay $5 for a plugin that simply does this.

 

Do you want the player to have to use a specific tool/block?
And do you want permissions support?

 

1.) No specific tool.
2.) No permission support. (They just break the bottom log and it all breaks)
