I am currently in the process of moving to a new host but am having some trouble. I used a plugin called 'Backup' on my old server which does a full server backup (apart from server.properties, ops, etc.) and zips it. I then FTPed to it with filezilla and downloaded that backup zip. I unzipped it and copied all the files to the new server via FTP, overwriting the existing 'world' file, etc.

When I start the new server it appears that no plugins have loaded. I can't use any plugin commands.

Anyone know why it isn't working? I'm pretty sure that I don't need to add plugins through 'bukget plugins' on multicraft (pretty sure).

What if I enable all the plugins through multicraft? Will it work and use all my configs and perms that I already have setup?

Are you sure the server is running Bukkit? Type /ver. If the command is unknown, download and install Bukkit to the server.

What do you mean by 'enable them through multicraft' You simply put the files in the directory and start your server..

Multicraft has a section where you can search through all plugins and install them. It seems to just add the .jar to te plugins folder and set it up on restart. I moved all files including the plugins folder through FTP but plugins don't seem to work. Maybe the backup .zip was corrupted?

    EDIT: I fixed it

    *facepalm*
It seems 'default' on multicraft is not bukkit.
