Problem/Bug TPS Drop and Lag

Hello all!

Recently, I have been running into some lag issues on my server.

For example, I get many "Can't keep up!" messages in my console (once every 20 seconds) and the TPS shows 6~15 when I do /tps. This never happened before, and it started when I installed a plugin called PlotSquared. I uninstalled the plugin, but the problem persists. I have 31 plugins, and 8 worlds.

/tps:

Uptime: 13 minutes 27 seconds.
Current TPS = 4.52
Maximum Memory: 4,607Mb
Allocated Memory: 4,607Mb
Free Memory: 3,682Mb

The server crashes after around 2 minutes of starting it up, so I set my Maximum Tick to "-1" in the server.properties file to disable watchdog.

This only happens when I am on the server, and "Can't keep up!" messages do not show when I am not on.
So, when I am not on the server and someone else is, the TPS is 20 and there are no "Can't keep up!" messages in the console.

Can anyone help me with this?

Bump.

 

I'm not that familiar with Craftbukkit's timings, but try to disable plugins that have a too high PluginEnableEvent count.

 

I doubt that plugins are the problem, since I didn't install anything new.
