Question TownyChat Chat Color

Hello,

I was wondering how I could make certain user groups talk in a certain colour alongside towny.
I don't seem to be able to combine essentials chat and towny chat, so for now that it out of the question, and I've tried a few of the chat color plugins but they don't seem to force a user to talk in a certain colour.

Anyone know how I could make certain groups talk in certain colours with TownyChat or some other compatible plugin?
