Question Towny server plugins

So, Im creating a towny server an I have an idea of the plugins I want to use but like this is the first time im making a server with plugins idk what plugins I need to have in a towny server.
Im looking for plugins that towny server "need" to have and some other ones that add cool features like per example a plugin that adds items so I can put them in crates ( Im planning to do crates)
Can pls anyone help me?
