TownChat Plugin is overriding Essentials chat plugin.

    I have group set with prefixes, and other chat nodes for the server. TownyChat overrides the essentials chat even when its disabled. I was wondering if anyone knows a fix for this. I have townychat override disable but it still overrides it.
