Plugin Request Town Discovery

Suggested name: Discover Towns

What I want: I would like to request a plugin that will be like the Skyrim discovery system. When you walk into a new town / part of the world it will say ""Town Name" Discovered". (With 1.8 you can make text appear on screen so I thought that would be great.) Also if you could add a function of tp to this plugin like a map in the players inventory or even just a command to open a menu of all the places and they can tp to any town they have discovered.(Making undiscovered towns gray glass or something and not able to tp to0.) Finally I would like a way to select an area and create/ remove towns with commands(Could be with worldedit).

Features: Discovering towns, On screen text, Tp Menu, Color Text on screen(in config)

Ideas for commands: /Towncreate "Name" , /Townremove "Name"

Sounds neat, @Baked_Potatos. I might be able to create this.

One question, though. Are you using a custom map with the towns built into the map, or just default Minecraft terrain generation?
