Minecraft problem we think, can't do anything to took to long to log in. For the other error, update McMMO

    update McMMO.
And is there any plugin on your server named skills, or written by nossr50? ([email protected]) if so, update it too.

This excact thing is happening to me except in the console it is simply saying "Disconnecting [ip-adress], Took too long to log in!" or it says "[ip-adress] lost connections/" Hmm, I wonder what it is...

I follow the Mojang team on Twitter. Very informative ;)

Just FYI, you also get this error when your server is behind the revision of your clients. So if you had a typo when you downloaded the new bukkit image, and are still running the previous version, you will also see the 'Took too long to log in' error.

If you change your server.properties entry from "online-mode=true" to "online-mode=false" and restart, and still have the issue, then the problem is on your server, not mojangs. (Be sure to set it back after this test.)
