Plugin Request Token plugin, mining sounds

Hi,
I have a server and it's currently under maintenance. Before I release it I need a plugin that is fully compatible with 1.8 spigot/bukkit. Features I want:
- All token features, you can find them here: dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/enchantment-tokens
- I want it to come with a customized mining sound, I want to be able to switch it to anything in the config. For the purpose of you coding it, just put it as a chicken egg.
