TNT or LAVA - Groupmanager Help

    Hello,
    I need help with GroupManager lava and tnt permissions, I dont know why its broken but players cant place or use tnt or lava. Heres the list of plugins :
    GroupManager, Factions, Factions+, Timeismoney, Wilderness, Essentials, MOdtRS, GriefPrevention, Deadbolt, ItemFrameShops, WorldEdit, Vault, Pop Density, Disguisecraft

    what does it say when you try to place lava/tnt?

    It just wont place, Etc, Whenever TNT blows up it doesnt do block damage, At all, even below level 57,
    and players cant even get lava in buckets
