Problem/Bug Tnt not exploding on bukkit server

    Hi! I am using a spigot server with the plugins: Clearlag, LaggRemoverPlus, PlayerHeads, and RealTime
    Tnt and creepers do not do block damage but still damage you when they blow up.

    I have tried:
    reseting bukkit.yml
    reseting spigot.yml
    removing all plugins
    checking world game rules

    none of these have worked
