   Hi I am making a new server. Now I come to this problem when I blow up tnt it does damage underwater.
   I am using essentials. So when people lit there tnt cannons there whole tnt cannon just blows up. Please help me would be my hero!

   TNTs default behavior is to only cause damage to mobs and entities when it explodes underwater. It does not actually damage blocks. If it is doing this then you are either building the TNT cannon incorrectly or you have some modification/plugin altering minecraft's default behavior.
