Time?

So i'm making a new time plugin but
too change the time where do i have to look?
and yes im abit new too this

Repeating task that sets the time in a specific world. Search for: Bukkit Sheduler and .getWorld(String s) and .setTime(long l).
If thats not enough to search with you are just too lazy to search.
