Time ran backwards error kicks all players

I have been getting this error for a long time now, and up to 740 it hasn't been a problem. However in 766 when I get the error

[WARNING] Time ran backwards! Did the system time change?

It is immediately followed by every user in my server getting kicked off claiming speed hacking. I know its causing the issue because looking back on my log, it showed that the same second "Time Ran Backwards" is when it claimed all the players speed hacked.

I have been kicked when standing still and not moving. How can I disable this kicking feature / the time ran backwards issue. I would love to update to the latest bukkit but I am unable to since it kicks everyone without warning

 

i think this means that only one person has speed hack on in ur server... try a plugin like no cheat maybe? it disables any speed hacks
