   Anything that would be causing the time to loop? Around sunset or sunrise it reset a few ticks a few times. Any known plugins cause this or reason for this?
   
   I also notice lag when this happens, and I still cant find the cause

   there are plugins that can do that, have you even tried removing all plugins?
