Time In-Game is like Time Outside?

Hey,

I have a 100 slot minecraft server. I'm having a big problem.

I've noticed day is equivalent to the time outside(In Real Life, Day/Night/Dusk etc.).. I want this fixed. I do not have a plugin that does this.

ExtendDay Settings:

Note: I installed ExtendDay to try and fix this issue but it didn't work.

Get rid of all your plugins, see if that fixes the issue. Then add your plugins back one at a time to see which one is causing the issue. (you may want to announce your server will be down for maintenance while you fix this issue)
