Suggested Name: The Golden Pan

What I Want: How about a plugin where you do /gp <user> and it sends a boat to them falling from the sky.(By the way it would be great if it said The Golden Pan Has Targeted <user> in the chat in golden text) And if the person moves it will follow them. The boat will eventually fall on the person and kill them with a very strong potion of harming.(I want that because of the death message ___ was killed via dark magic).

Commands: /gp <user>

Permissions: Only the owner can use it. (Going on a limb with the definition)

When I'd like it by: No Deadline, preferably near November if possible.

It'd be great if someone could code that for me .
