The Best SMP Plugins

    This is not necessarily a plugin request. This is what I am here for:

    I want your guys' ideas/thoughts for the best plugins (WORKING) for a Survival Multiplayer Server. SMP includes no griefing, PvP, etc, etc.

    I am looking for anything really, just not the obvious like PEx, Ess, ChatMang, WorldE/G, and all other.

    NoLagg
    VanishNoPacket
    NoCheatPlus
    DisguiseCraft
    And some others that I can't remember.
