Hello, I'm beginning to learn bukkit programming. I know a good bit of Java, but I'm still quite new. Anyways, I was wondering if it was possible to test plugins on a single player server. Is there a mod were you can put your plugins in a single player world? Thanks!

@DnBGaming You need to get a server on your machine for that, no mod can mimic Bukkit.

Ah, I understand. I use a hotspot that blocks server/websites that involve games. But thanks for answering so fast!

That hotspot is not important, a localhost server has nothing to do with that, the game doesn't even get to that point.

Yes, you'll be able to run a local server that only you will be able to connect to unless you are able to port forward, which doesn't seem likely. I find local servers more convenient for plugin testing away as you're able to export your plugin directly to the plugins folder :)
