Question Teleportation timer plugin?

Hi, I need a plugin that will teleport players for a certain amount of time (e.g. 10 mins) and then tp them back to the sign or button that teleported them there. More over it would be great if they couldn't be able to tp there for a few days.

The use for this will be in a survival server and they will be teleporting to a mob arena but I don't want them to spend lots of time in there and hog it. I will be using vaut to charge them a few hundred dollars (in game) for a few mins then there will be a long recharge.

Any help/recommendations would be great .
