Can't you just use the core download for essentials and use only Essentials.jar and forget about the EssentialsChat, EssentialsSpawn and EssentialsProtect .jars then just disallow all the permissions apart from the "essentials.tppos" one you need for that group or player in perms?
I'm just looking for 1 small plugin or someone who can make it. Obvously Essentials is like a 200 kb jar... Pretty big for a plugin that tps you to coords.

eh here i fixed up another plugin. its been inactive for a while. its called TpC no permissions needed, but if you need ill add pex only. PEX supports ALL old permissions by Nukijun.
