Strange hs_err_pid? Unable to start server

I finally updated to 1.4 (git-Bukkit-0.0.0-612-g4c7a9e7-b617, I assume build 617 would have been enough, just making sure). And, of course, there were some issues with plugins. Specifically, BB and iZone, but the specific plugin probably doesn't matter. Anyway, when I start up the server to try and fix/test plugins, it fails to start and I get this error log: http://pastebin.com/SUmBFM4c . After like 10 minutes of constantly restarting, it finally works and everything starts up. I assume it's more of a java error, but I was wondering if the issue was due to something faulty in CB.

Oh, and I think all the specs you need are in the error log. If it matters, I'm using RToolkit.
