After about an hour or two, my server stops responding. The console doesn't show any errors and I cannot put any commands into the console. It just doesn't respond to them. Is there any way to get it to stop doing this?
didn't the connection drop out on you? Try running the server and not being connected to the console.
When it happens, yes, people are unable to connect. What do you mean don't be connected to the console? I'm running it in the terminal right now (nogui).
Yes. I'm setting up the server on my local computer for now and then moving it to a VPS. I didn't want to put it on the VPS until it was working 100%. However, I'm positive it doesn't have anything to do with RAM/CPU usage because it also does it at night, when I'm not using the computer at all. --- merged: Feb 27, 2011 6:29 PM --- I think it might have something to do with WorldEdit. No one is using WorldEdit or Super Pick right now, and the server has been up for about 3 hours without an issue. What do you think?
