Stop teleporting in designated areas

Hi, is there any plugin that stops a teleport from Tele++ or any other plugin in a worldguard region?

Its not necessary that its worldguard based, but i want to limit the places where a player can teleport to.

The problem is, i have a flying island with 1 entrance and i want to stop the players to just teleport up there so they have to go through the entrance. In the rest of the world, they may teleport as they wish.
