Filled Stop players from doing /pl and /?

i would like a plugin that stops players from doing /pl or /?. when a player tries to do eather command you could make a custom message EX: No, No, No stealing our plugins G_G. and maybe add a code so you can involve color code with it. thanks

Feeds I prefer doing this to be honest, add this permission to the groups you don't want access to use the command:
-bukkit.command.help the - revokes permission for that node
