Stop auto-healing with a full hunger bar.

Suggested name: I don't care in the slightest-so long as it works.

What I want: Just like the title says- a plugin to stop the regen of player health with a full hunger bar. (Of course, hunger would still be enabled.)

Ideas for commands: None needed.

Ideas for permissions: pluginname.allowautoheal

When I'd like it by: ASAP, but I, yet again, will not be too picky.

I would really like this plugin. Anyone?
