   I know there are Startscript Options for Port, max-players and IP.
   I would like to know more (if there are more..).
   Maybe an Option for motd
   
   (Startscript Options overwrite server.properties)

   I don't believe there are any other parameters at the moment... You could try PMing one of the active developers and seeing if they are happy to implement more - It is a good idea.
