Starting up a pvp/rp server, looking for staff

First of all. idk if this is the right thread but anyway.


I have an idea for a pvp/rp server, and here it is;

The basic idea is that when you start, you can choose if you want to be a bad guy (theif/assasin)
or a good guy (builder, town mayor/resident or worker)

each side has a + and a -
for example; thieves can pickpocket other ppl, and assassins can get money for killing ppl.
but none of them can mine/make a town

people needed:

a plugin dev. team
a sponsor/co. owner (looking for someone @ minecraftforums)
builders of any kind

THE WORLD

A village (for good guys)
A mountain (Maybe w/ a volcano)
A forest (for bad guys)
And a simple nether for all the ppl who breaks rulec etc.

Essentials (full)
PEX
maybe mcmmo or any other skill plugin
modifyworld
worldguard
worldedit
herobounty
factions
towny (maybe)

PLUGINS (doesn't exist)
A stealth plugin (assassinations/pickpocketing)
A plugin that allows people to lock a chest/door for a price, but the lock can be picked (bad english)
as more you pay to lock it, it's harder to pick
and maybe a climbing plugin

GROUPS/FACTIONS

Dark brotherhood (assassins)
lvl 1. slayer
lvl.2 murderer (gawd, that name sux)
lvl.3 assassin
lvl.4 pro assassin
mod rank. Suggestion?
admin rank. mentor

Thieves guild (Name suggestions appriceated)
lvl.1 pickpocket
lvl.2 TBH, no idea
lvl.3 Thief
lvl.4 shadow
mod rank. Isuckatnames
admin rank. lolz, I suck so baad
