A simple idea. Sometimes I want to explain rules to all players for an event, and it's reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally annoying to write everything down ... So, I wondered if Spout and Spoutcraft could get my voice, convert it to .ogg or .wav (seams to be only supported formats) and broadcast it in a kind of streaming. What plugin do: Get my mesage. Convert it. Broadcast It.
You would make it outside of the game and convert it to .ogg (smaller typically), then you could send it to your players in-game on command or join or whatever you want to do. It wouldn't be streaming though, their client would simply be told to download it and play it after it finishes downloading.
