   i know bukkit shouldn't help tekkit users, but luckily for you, i play tekkit myself. you need to download PureBDCraft, and head to the forums and grab this as well:
   http://bdcraft.net/forum/128x64x32x-tekkit-smp-312-addon-pack
   mash them together (copy the content from the addon pack to the sphax texture pack) and you're done
