Spawning Splash Potions

    Hello Everyone!

    In my plugin, I want to toss splash potions, but not from a person or entity, I want to just be able to spawn them into the world. World.spawnEntity() doesn't seem to support thrown potions, so what would be the way to do it? Can you only throw potions from another entity?
