Spawner Shop Plugin

Suggested name: SpawnerShop

What I want: I'd would like that when you wrote /spawners in chat you would have a GUI popped up with all the different spawners that are purchasable, and you would also be able to buy them from the GUI (Set prices in Config). Another thing is that I would really enjoy if it was possible to make a sign that also sells spawners. I have some screenshots of what I mean.

Sign:
First line [SpawnerB] (Buy Spawner)
Second line Amount
Third Line MobType
Fourth Line Price

First Line [SpawnerS] (Sell Spawner)
Second line Amount
Third Line MobType
Fourth Line Price

Ideas for commands: spawners

Ideas for permissions: spawners.gui(You can open the GUI)
spawner.sign.buy(You can buy the spawner)
spawner.sign.sell(You can sell the spawner)
spawner.sign.create(you can create a sign)
spawner.reload

When I'd like it by: Between Friday and Sunday.

But can you add, if you can, all the mobs?
I mean the new mobs, like Llama, polar bear, the mobs that were added in 1.11+?
