Problem/Bug Spawner placing

Hey, I have a plugin which uses the SilkSpawners API, and when you place the spawner it grabs the ID. This is my issue.

(I'm placing a cow at all times, the id for a cow spawner is 92 (entity id))

I'm using Bukkit 1.8.8



It only places it with id 92 when I am OPPED, if I have * perm it won't work...

I have no clue what so ever what is going wrong...

EDIT: I changed the default ID in Silkspawners to 92 from 90, to check if it was Silkspawners and nothing changed, this pushes me more towards it being a Bukkit issue...

 

What version? SilkSpawners was last updated for 1.12

@NathanG123 Okay. Well, i have no experience with legacy versions but it sounds to me like you are doing something wrong in your plugin. It is not likely a SilkSpawners issue, as that plugin has been tested thoroughly by the looks of it. It is even less likely to be a Bukkit issue, so you need to dig deeper on this.
