Spawn Roads, Make it easier?

I am building roads that expand in each direction from spawn, north, south, east, west. I am making them 2 wide, going to the border of my 7,000 map in each direction.
I'm not cuboiding them, I'm laying them over the landscape to make it look nice and legit, but is there any plugin that might make my job easier of laying 56,000 blocks?

 

World edit, definately worth looking at mate. Will help a great deal

 

Yeah, you can install WorldEdit then make a 3D selection (that includes all the hills and valleys) and type
//replace dirt wool:black (or w/e material your road is going to be made out of).

World edit is extremely fast and easy to use. Thats what I use to make my walls both circular and square.
