   I have a PVP server and I cant figure out how to have no PVP in the spawn.
   Is there a plug in that can do this.

   One option is http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/sec-mech-preciousstones-v2-9-2-with-new-proximity-mine-556.1034/ . You can set a block with a set radius right in your spawn that prevents pvp. Peacekeeper for example has this no-pvp attached to it.
