   I have WorldGuard, and I am trying to blacklist all spawn eggs. on-place=deny and on-use=deny does not work. I use the ID 383, and it does not work. Help!

   it works for me in 1.3.2 & 1.4.2
   
   this is my blacklist.txt
   
   # Deny spawner egg
   [383]
   ignore-groups=Owner,Admin
   on-use=deny,tell
   
   maybe you can post your blacklist.txt so we can see what's wrong.
