   Is it possible with Bukkit hooks to spawn players that do nothing unless you instruct them? This would be very useful for a mod I am working on!
   
   Further research seems to imply that no plugin exists with NPC's in bukkit, is this not possible then?

   I think citizens has some, and there was a npc api around but i can't find it.
